Valentine Get Away Day 2

Here are the same bushes outside our patio after the snow storm.

Glad valet was included because we did not bring a shovel to get it out.

Before leaving we enjoyed some hot chocolate in front of the fireplace.

Here the valet is trying to find the windows. Also glad for the valet because we did not have an ice scraper either.

My dear Husband putting on the tire chains/cables. What a pain but sure glad we had them.

Here is the road with a nice layer of ice. Again glad we had the tire chains/cables even if they were a pain in the butt. We found out there were some fatality accidents the day after we left. I am so grateful we were able to travel safely.

It was a wonderfully restful weekend that was very much needed. I am grateful to my sweet Husband for arranging it and for my Sister for making it possible.
