Home Inspection

We had the home inspection on our new home today. It was fun to see it again. We got to meet the current owners. Very nice family with three kids. Nothing of great significance was found in the inspection and we are still in love with our new home. Thankfully everything is going well and the expected close of escrow is May 4th. We hope and pray that things will continue to go smoothly. The current owners may rent back for up to 60 days so we are not sure when we will move in but it sure is nice to see some light at the end of the tunnel.

The current owners had a 5 month old puppy. Previously Angie has been afraid of dogs but with this puppy she seemed to have a good time. For once she was the one being slobbered on. Sorry Angie no puppies for you Mommy is allergic.
