Pumpkin Patch and Trunk or Treat

We went to the pumpkin patch with Grandma Kathy to have some fun.
Grandma Kathy was nice enough to walk with Angie since I am allergic to ponies.

Angie got lightly kicked by a little girl before the ride (she really over reacted and the little girl was so sorry and tried to give Angie a hug). She was still a little grumpy at the beginning of the ride but eventually warmed up and had fun.
Saying "cheese" for the camera with Grandma.
Angie also went on the bounce house and then choose to drive the cars. She first wanted a pink car but took purple as a second choice when a little girl beat her to the pink one.

Cute picture of my growing pumpkin in-front of the pumpkins.
After a nice little nap time we went to the Trunk or Treat at Church. Angie dressed as Curious George (her favorite TV show), Andy was the Man in the yellow hat and I was Professor Wiseman.

Angie had to take her monkey cap off to be able to twirl her hair while she drank her sippy cup. She loves to play with her hair and is obsessed with her hair always being "soft". Angie was happy to do some dancing with her friends Rae and Kate.
Andy was happy to find a second monkey to hold. He stole little Ryan from his mommy. Double the trouble.
Grandma Kathy and John decorated our trunk with their 50's stuff from the night before. They were also nice enough to pass out the candy for us so we could both be with Angie. Later we found out the music made the battery dead. I guess it was worth it to give the 50's feel. Thankfully we parked next to Andy the mechanic in the ward who was able to give us a jump.
This year they had an adult costume contest judged by some of the youth. Here Grandma Kathy is showing of her 50's style. Andy, Angie and I won 3rd place behind the German couple (Jamie and Craig) and....
....my favorite Buddy the Elf (Jeff). So grateful to be with so many wonderful people at church. What a fun night!

Josh was looking at this with me. He asked, "Isn't the man with the yellow hat supposed to be skinny?" Great costumes!
