New Faucet and First Poison Control Call

Kitchen faucet before.
We combined the gifts given to us by Andy's Dad, Yumiko, My Dad and Kris and bought a much needed new faucet for the kitchen sink. It is nice and tall and black oil rubbed. We will need to get a new cover for the dishwasher over-flow valve but I love it! While fixing it Andy fixed some of the chips in the sink and on the cupboards and re-caulked everything in the kitchen. It looks so nice, white, fresh and new. The only crazy part was Angie got into the resin used to fix the chips and put her hands in her mouth before I could get it off. The label stated to seek medical attention immediately if ingested. We then made our first call to Poison Control and were well taken care of. We just needed to watch for burns or blisters and make sure she was still eating well. Thankfully everything was fine.
Angie even ate pizza for dinner. I am very grateful that she is safe and such a happy girl. I am also grateful for a wonderful handy husband and family that helped give us the new faucet.

The new faucet is gorgeous. Yay!

The wee ones are so quick. Turn away for one second in they're into something they shouldn't be. Glad it all turned out well and that she is fine. So scary!

Love you!
