New Years Day with Christmas Dinner

On New Years Day we were having Christmas Dinner. In the morning Andy went shooting with Brian. Karen was sick and sleeping from working the night shift and Joe needed to go shopping so he dropped the kids off at Grandma Kathy's. Angie was sleeping so I decided to help Kathy with making the dinner while the kids went in the backyard to play. Ryan came in and informed us that the twins had taken their shoes, socks, pants and diapers off. We went outside to see them half naked running around. The extra friction did not even slow them down from going down the slide.
Monkey see monkey do but who knows which monkey started it?
Christmas dinner with Great Grandma Maureen, Aunt Kendra and Uncle Brian.
Uncle Joe and Grandma Kathy holding the twins who had a great fall at the beginning of dinner. If you look closely you can see the huge goose egg on Kaylee's forehead (hint she is sitting on Grandma Kathy's lap). This helped us tell the twins apart for the rest of the trip.
Great Grandpa Ray and Great Grandma Maureen. All the noise from the kids did not phase them a bit. I think they have been through this a couple of times.
Here we smile for the camera while Angie eyes things on the table to grab.
Great Grandma Maureen and Great Grandpa Ray open their pictures of Angie.
Abbie, Zoey and Ryan open their pictures of Angie which says "Am I really stuck with these two?"
Ryan and Zoey were very helpful in opening all the presents.
Angie enjoying all the chew toys Grandma Kathy got for her.
Andy is ready to dive into dessert with my new spoon rest.
Zoey was so good to hold and help with Angie. She was sure she heard Angie say "Ma Ma" while no one was looking.
Cute little pumpkin Abbie.
Ryan, Kaylee and Renee were very concerned about getting a binky to Angie when she was crying.
Angie, Andy and Renee chillin'. Why does Andy have something against having Angie's headband looking normal?
Angie and Ryan chillin' before bedtime.

I love this video. It is Ryan reading Angie her little book.

Later that night Grandma Kathy watched Angie, Zoey and Abbie. So Brian, Kendra, Andy and I went to Eric & Maynhia's (Brian and Kendra's friends) home to play Rock Band. Andy was so excited that we had to stop and buy headbands for the occasion. They have a nice setup and it was very fun. We stayed up very late having a great time.

What a fun day, wish I wasn't so sick and had to miss out! But thanks for blogging it in so much detail so I feel like I was there! Those crazy girls! That picture of them both naked climbing up the slide is hillarious, I hadn't seen that one yet!
