Angie's First Hair Cut

Well, she is over 2 years old and it is about time for her first haircut.

A before picture. I decided to cut it myself saving some dough and headache of trying to get her to sit still for a stranger.

It had gotten pretty long and had some beautiful little baby curls.

Thanks to a kit kat for keeping her still allowing me to do what I needed to. A kit kat is one of the few sweets she likes to eat.

I cut about 1 or 1.5 inches off the bottom.

We have gotten some great use out of this little bumbo seat for baby.

Here is the hair that was cut off.

Now the after shot. I will miss the baby curls but now her hair looks much more even and thicker.

Christmas Sunday 2010

Here is our darling little Angie in her Christmas dress. It actually is her Costco dress from last year but it still fit because I bought it in size 3T.

The froggy boots were not part of the original ensemble but because of the rain Angie decided to add them after church.

All smiles and happy to pose. Why can't it be this easy every time?

14 Weeks pregnant belly picture.

Now she is ready to go out in the rain in style.

Out of the Crib

We decided the time had come to move Angie out of the crib and into a big girl bed. We bought her new bed but the frame had to be ordered. We were able to take the mattress home that night. I was happy with this because it gave Angie a chance to get used to sleeping on the mattress without the large risk of falling.

She loved being able to jump on the bed and really fell asleep just fine. So far so good but how does she grow so fast?

Ward Christmas Party 2010

At the Christmas party at church we tried to get a picture of Angie with Santa. She was crying into my shoulder.

Here is her face of terror.

Daddy joined the picture and she stopped crying but still wanted nothing to do with Santa. We had a nice evening with our church friends. Hopefully next year Santa will be a more happy visit for Angie.

13 Week Ultrasound

I went for a 13 week ultrasound. It still amazes me that this little one is in my belly. We feel so blessed to have this baby join our family.

I can't wait to hold that little hand.

Just love baby feet and cannot wait to kiss those little toes!

Baby with skinny little legs. Baby kept legs crossed and would not let us take a good peak to see boy or girl. Why do I have such modest babies? I sure did enjoy getting another look at our precious little one.

Beautiful Day for a Walk in December

Angie asked to go for a walk and take some pictures of birds. I love to encourage her little imagination and was happy to comply.

Believe it or not there actually is a bird in this picture. You can see it if you zoom in.

Here is my cute little girl and yes it is December. With the 80 and 90 degree weather it makes for great walks, vitamin D making and getting more use out of our summer wardrobe. I LOVE where we live!

Disneyland Christmas 2010

We love the atmosphere at Disneyland during the holidays so we decided to go on a Friday evening. The traffic was crazy and it was super crowded but we still had fun.

Angie is always memorized by Buzz.

Because of the crowds we had to park blocks away at the Toy Story parking lot and get bussed into the park. Angie was excited to ride the bus especially with her favorite Toy Story characters on it. It was a fun night.

Pregnancy Graduation

We had been trying to have another baby since April but with no luck we went to our fertility doctor on October 1st to look into using our frozen embryos. Dr Hatch outlined how things would go and gave us instructions to call her when my next cycle started to come in for some tests. Well, my next cycle was due and had not started. We took a home pregnancy test and it came back positive. Impossible we thought and made an appointment to have blood work the next day. I impatiently waited by the phone for what seemed like all day when we got the call from Dr Hatch who said "How dare you go and get pregnant without me? :-)". What a miracle, we actually got pregnant without having to go through near endless procedures! So begins this new journey....

Baby's first ultrasound on October 21 shows one baby at 5 weeks along with a nice little yoke sac.

Next ultrasound on October 29 at 6 weeks shows a cute little peanut.

November 4th ultrasound at 7 weeks shows baby getting bigger.

November 12th ultrasound shows baby's little air head at 8 weeks.

November 19th at 9 weeks looking more like a baby.

November 29th you can see little legs at 11 weeks.

At 12 weeks we graduated from our infertility doctor. We love the care we receive from Dr Hatch and her staff and are forever grateful!

Angie Will Be a Big Sister!!!

You are reading it right, Angie is going to be a BIG SISTER!

After telling close family and friends privately we decided to announce it to our friends at church by having Angie wear this shirt. It was sure fun to see peoples reactions when they figured out what it meant.

Andy says "What a BIG SISTER!?"

We wanted to get some pictures of Angie in-front of the tree but had to let her take pictures of us first. So I guess you can call this my 12 weeks pregnant picture.

Now she is in-front of the tree, if only she would look at the camera.

It has been raining so of course she has to wear her froggy rain boots. They go with everything, right?
